Some Nottingham Forest followers have taken to social networking website Twitter to precise their response after the Reds confirmed the signing of Luke Steele.

Forest have been extraordinarily busy in the summertime switch window with Aitor Karanka making a healthful change to the squad.

The 33-year-old goalkeeper left Bristol Metropolis on the finish of final season and he’ll be a part of Karanka’s squad forward of the 2018-19 season after signing a two-year contract.

Steele joined Manchester United as a teenager and has performed for Coventry, West Bromwich Albion and Barnsley.

After a quick spell in Greece with Panathinaikos, he joined Bristol Metropolis in the beginning of the 2017-18 marketing campaign, and performed a key position for the Robins, particularly of their run to the Carabao Cup semi-finals.

Forest have already made 10 signings this summer season already, and Steele now turns into their newest addition.

In the meantime, Nottingham Forest have confirmed that goalkeeper Stefanos Kapino has joined German facet Werder Bremen for an undisclosed price.
